We make every effort to protect your data by following uncompromising compliance frameworks’ procedures including those published by ITIL (the IT Infrastructure Library, created by the United Kingdom’s Office of Government Commerce), ISO/IEC 27001 (the International Code of Best Practice for Information Security from the International Standards Organization in Geneva), and CobiT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology, from the IT Governance Institute, in the United States). During our regular audits we apply latest patches and updates and the system undergoes rigorous stress testing.

You can remove and add Trustees and Administrators via your account settings at any time.
Life in Cache can help you access your account and limit your Trustees or Administrators in case of emergency. Even in the case of emergency no Life in Cache employee can gain access to any of your information or documents.
You have complete control over data in your Life in Cache account. Not even encrypted data traces remain on our servers if you remove some information or documents.
Yet another level of protection is available to you which we strongly recommend you activate.
